The second phase introduces a series of strategic enhancements. The extension and connection of the dining verandah, coupled with the remodeling of the grand entrance, aim to optimize both interior and exterior spaces. Thoughtful additions such as a long vertical window, a new door for the laundry room, and the redesign of key living spaces like the master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet, contribute to an elevated living experience. Rearrangement of bedroom bathrooms, relocation of the maid’s bedroom and bathroom doors, and adjustments to the kitchen’s door and window alignment further refine the spatial layout. The column style remodeling adds a distinctive architectural touch to the residence.
